Hi Namita,
There arena't many government colleges in India which offer undergraduate course in Mass Communication. However, there are a few which will offer you journalism courses. The only difference would be that these courses would be strictly inclined towards journalism and not much towards other genres of mass communication. Now to answer your question, below are few government colleges which provide the same:

Yes, you can apply, but most importantly in what type of architecture you are interested? There are many types of architecture so first decide it before applying and as your subject in graduation was history. So, if you are interested in ancient architecture style, then try to focus in some more universities in Delhi, Bangalore, etc. kind of places.

Hi Bhavya,
The role of class 12th marks depends on like which top colleges you want to choose. Some colleges have entrance exam for arts course like BBA and some have entrance exam for fashion designing course. It all depends on how much you score and if you score well like above 70%, you'll get good admission and placement after finishing your graduation. If you go for a separate job searching, then 12th and 10th marks matters. So, if you do well, its for your future as I mentioned if you want to go for top colleges like Christ, Symbiosis. Hi Khushboo,
Eligibility Criteria for UP B.Ed JEE 2018 is candidates should have a Graduation in Science, Art, Commerce Stream or (PG) Postgraduate degree with minimum of 50% marks in any discipline from a recognised University or B.E. / B.Tech with 55% Marks any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. So you are eligible for entrance examination.
