A first class is a minimum recommended. Universities can also accept second class such as 55% marks or so if your overall profile is very strong.

It depends upon whether you want to relocate yourself or you would look to come back to India. The specialization depends largely on the country, you would prefer to pursue your MBA.

As a whole, you will not get much advantage. Ideally, after computer engineering, if you specialize in other domains in MBA, it will widen your options in the job market.

As you are going to complete your graduation in 2019, then you can appear for the SSC CGL exam in 2019 only because the student should have completed his / her graduation before appearing in the examination.
Candidates who will not acquire the educational qualification before the date of exam will not be eligible and should not apply for the exam
Important Note- If marks are not available, equivalent marks (up to last semester marks) may be filled or marks column may be left blank.

First of all, to do MBA give CAT or other management entrance exam.
Specifically for HR, there are various good colleges you can apply on the basis of your score - XLRI, TISS, XIMB, MHRM IIT KGP, XISS, IMI.

Hotel Management or Tourism Studies, it has no maths content but then again not a rocket science course. It all requires skills and proper dedication to survive in this industry which I believe you have. So select the right institute and opt for BHM for your higher studies.
