Yes 62% is accepted, applying to a top-ranked university will be competitive though but you can give your best shot. Take the IELTS and prepare a strong SOP.

Going after 12th will let you explore more courses and ideas but also this decision will depend on your budget, academic profile, etc. Calculate all the factors, speak to your family and decide.

Typically MBA programs in Canada require 4-year Bachelors degree and work experience of 2-3 years. You can check for PG Diploma programs basis your qualification. However, check Thompson RIvers University and Vancouver Island University, they might be exceptions.
