Hi Natasha, scholarships are awarded by the universities themselves, you will find it on their website.You will be considered for scholarship at the time of application.They are gven to meritorius students. Besides the universities you can also check organizations like Aga Khan Foundation, Fullbriht Scholarship, Inlaks Shivadasani Scholarship etc.

Your final marks would have to be high enough to meet the university's admission cut-off plus you may be expected to explain the reason for such high backs by both university and high commission.
