Arts are those subjects which are NON Science and Engineering-means no Machine or technology based title. Humanities, Social Sciences are part of a degree that falls in Humanities and Arts. Science on the other hand is Science. Bachelor stands for a graduation degree.

Hi,
In Mumbai, lot of colleges offer Masters in counselling or psychology. Mumbai university and SNDT university have a lot of courses related to psychology and counselling - both full time and part time.
If you are interested in distance courses, I would suggest IGNOU as it offers a lot of degrees, diplomas and certificate courses in various areas of counselling.
All the best.
