Hello Varun,
Yes, It is completely legit to pursue two degrees at a time.
How?
One regular from any college/university and other from distance education programmes like IGNOU.
NOTE: The two courses should not be the same. Ex. - If you are doing BCA regular you can do B.Sc from IGNOU without any issue.

Hi Priyanka,
Directly, it doesn't as FMS does not give any weightage to your academic profile but indirectly it might affect the perception of the panel regarding your candidature.

Other than engineering and medicine, you can opt for commerce, hospital management, agriculture or statistics. You can also look for niche areas like animation, law and fashion designing.

Hi Pranay,
The national universities are free and extremely competitive for international students to get into a free university. German universities require 13 years education, hence after your 12th you must either clear IIT JEE Advanced to be eligible to apply to a Bachelor's degree program. Another option is to enroll into a Bachelor degree in India and complete the first year. Excellent academic grades, knowledge of German language and IELTS scores are pre-requisites.
