If you want to pursue a career in automobile engineering, India provides one the finest platform in the world. It is looking for good development in the future.
The Indian automotive sector comprising of passenger vehicle, commercial vehicles, two wheelers and three wheelers is a prominent player in the economy. It saw a rapid growth since its de-licensing in 1993 allowing global automotive giants to set up their manufacturing facilities in the country. International students are always interested to pursue MS, because he/she first understand their subject and for that Bachelors degree from your home country is important in my view. It will also help everyone to choose Masters subjects according to their interest, so try for MS because every country needs a person who is excellent in ones particular subject.
Australia provide PR for Bachelors and Masters both but prefer MS don't worry.

Yes. you can. Grades should not stop you from applying for good universities. Appear for SAT and TOEFL exam, prepare a very good personal statement and your application well. Chances may be less in the top universities, but good application materials, and test scores work most of the time.

If you want to achieve something you have to face a lot of difficulties. If you think that you have selected a wrong stream, you can change it but after that you can not make any excuses. Once you choose it, you have to face all the challenges that comes in way.

You have many options available after completing graduation.
But it depends on you that you want to go for higher studies or for a job.
If you want to for higher studies then go for post graduation & get a Masters degree like - MBA etc.
If you want to get a job then you can apply for many competitive exams to get a government job like - Bank Exams, SSC Exams, Railway Exams etc.
