Yes, Amity University is good for Bachelors in Fine Arts.
Bachelor of Fine Arts is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2). Fine Arts is an art form which is developed mainly for aesthetics rather than practical application. Subjects studied under this degree are drawing, painting, figure drawing, portraiture, watercolor, art-making concept development, and art history critique.
Eligibility: The eligibility required for Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts is a higher secondary (10+2) pass. Usually, the course duration for this course is 3-4 years in most of the institutes and universities.

I don't think options are available in US , you will find only MS or integrated Ph,D , graduate certificate courses are available in few universities but you need to hold an advanced degree for the same. If you are not interested in Masters there is no reason to prepare for GRE. Instead look for PG Diploma courses in Australia, Canada or New Zealand. You need to decide what you want to study and prepare accordingly. Check University of Michigan - Dearborn, University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and Boston University for Graduate Certificate in Engineering disciplines. Best of Luck.

You can pursue a post-graduation in journalism, in fact, after completing B.Sc (MSCS). However, to answer your question straight forward, you can pursue journalism just after 12th.
