Yes, you can do MBA. For this I suggest you prepare and appear for CAT exam, which is generally held around November month. You should also appear for MAT.

Certificates, diplomas, and degrees differ in the time it takes to earn each as well as the credits required in order to graduate. Each of these academic achievements are suitable for certain specific fields or career goals. Diploma and certificate programs taken alone are similar to associate's degree programs. However, they take less time because general education courses are not required. Mainly Colleges ranking by NAAC. National Assessment and Accreditation Council is is the authority which gives ranking for colleges and universities after assessing Infrastructure facilities, list of qualified teachers, quality of education etc.
Usually Colleges or higher education institutions with excellent infrastructure, qualified teachers and other facilities are ranked with A+ / A grade.
Another thing is Previous Placement Record, reputation of colleges among public and employers.

If you have not got job in campus placement after completing your B.Tech CSE you will face challenges in getting appropriate job directly. Therefore, M.Tech in CSE in IITs is an excellent option. MS abroad is an expensive option, therefore, you may do ROI analysis before taking a decision.
