BBS is considered as a specialization at graduation level and there are many more job opportunities available after completion in various fields on various roles such as. associate, analyst, etc.there on you can move in consultancy or other fields of interest but one thing which you need to consider is to pursue this from a reputed and good college or university,

Its great to see that you are atleast talking about a career which is lesser known in an agricultural land like india. Dairy technology came into existence in 1940s when AMUL was formed. With almost 400 plants in the country and around 200 dairy equipments manufacturers, you have lot of scope in production , consumption , processing, packaging, storage, transport and physical distribution. Based on the sciences of biochemistry, bacteriology, and nutrition, Dairy Technology employs the principles of engineering it has lot to offer.
