You have apparently no chances for NIT's or IIIT's even under home state quota!! So better try in good Private institutions! Some even conduct their own entrance tests!!
You may go for VIT/ SRM as top choices if u have good rank in their entrance test!

Don't go for two degree courses simultaneously, it will only confused to choose your further career. Delhi University, Jamia Milia , Aligarh Muslim University and many central universities are very good in both the subject. choose any one of them and both have some good future if you work hard in this courses.

Eligibility criteria for Civil Services is graduation degree. Therefore you can chose any specialisation at graduation level based on your interests to excel.

Hi Kavi. You can go through the college rankings and the Alumni of the college in Madurai. I will advice you to select that college who's average package is total of your fees. Means best ROI.
