Fees of the program differs from institution to institution. The govt institution will have some lesser fee structure while the private ones will have high fee. You need to check with the institutes from where you are wishing to pursue this program. Some of the colleges offering program in this field are:

It's entirely possible, most of the individuals I know, specifically those working for my current and past employers do not have CS degrees, I'd say it's more of a 85% / 15% ratio from what I've seen. Of the 85% who do not have CS degrees perhaps half don't have any sort of degree. From my observations individuals with degrees have no performance edge over those who do not, and only a slight hiring edge is there.

People with a degree in organizational behavior (OB) work either as part of the HR or Strategy group (usually HR). Quite a few of them are also consultants.With an advanced degree (PhD), you can also join academics.

NET-National Eligibility Test. NET exam is conducted by the UGC(University Grants Commission) two times in a year i.e this exam held in the month July and December.
Eligibility details:-
The applicant must have to complete Post-graduation in with at least 55% of marks from a recognized university. Final year exams appearing students can also eligible for this exam. Relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST candidates. You must be a citizen of India.
