Dear Chaitanya, I might be able to help you better if you get specific about your bachelor's degree. Which discipline – Humanities, Science, IT, Medicine, Management etc. - do you plan to enter? Neha above, has given you a very general requirement which, I presume, is for Indian bachelor's programs. The requirements vary significantly depending on whether you're applying at BBM colleges in Bangalore or for BHM courses in Delhi. Since you asked about global degrees, here are popular bachelor programs in the US and Europe to begin with. Hope this helps, do reply!

Hello Swami,
Fees of the program differs from institution to institution. The govt institution will have some lesser fee structure while the private ones will have high fee. You need to check with the institutes from where you are wishing to pursue this program. Some of the colleges offering program in this field are:

Hi Divya,
It's entirely possible, most of the individuals I know, specifically those working for my current and past employers do not have CS degrees, I'd say it's more of a 85% / 15% ratio from what I've seen. Of the 85% who do not have CS degrees perhaps half don't have any sort of degree. From my observations individuals with degrees have no performance edge over those who do not, and only a slight hiring edge is there.
Hope this helps

The University matters very little for a Bachelors and your performance alone counts.
