Although colledges offering only vegetarian degree courses are rare, however few colleges have multiple option in culinary that may opt for that would avoid use of Non veg.

After completing a degree course in HM you need not to take any specialization course to become a chef. HM itself is enough and provides with ample knowledge regarding the field that you aspire for. However, you can start with your training in the cooking field in a well established organization or hotel, gain experience and here you are, a professional chef!

Although there are no specialized degree's however you can opt for the various specialization of events that you wish to proceed with such as weddings, festival(film & music), corporate event planning etc.
Event management as many courses that you may opt for such as:
Certificate course in Festival and Event Management
Diploma in Public Relations and Event Management
Diploma course in Communication and Event Management
BA (Hons) Event Management
Certificate course in Event Management
Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication etc

Hi Satguru,
A diploma will be considered for BS from USA. You must however also submit SAT or ACT scores. Certain universities will require you to get your documents evaluated by evaluation organizations such as WES. So you must check university websites carefully. Also prepare for TOEFL.
Diploma courses develops basic theoretical knowledge about a particular field along with extensive practical training. This will help you gain an edge over others as you can show practical knowledge rather than just bookish knowledge. Hi,
BFA and animation are two different fields, though both involves high level of creativity and the basic skills required are almost same, the application area and technique is different i.e. Animation mainly involves use of a computer and different type of software and BFA is mostly computer independent
Both the fields are good, it totally depends on your interest that which field you want to choose.
