B Arch is a technical course where as B Des does not take care engineering aspects in design. B Arch take care of with the optimum usage of resources where as B Des does not looks in to those aspects.

Masters / MSc / PG diploma postgraduate degree course in Civil Engineering is offered for civil engineering and related graduates wishing to enter the profession and who choose to study a general Masters-level course rather than specializing in a particular subject area.

It's unfortunate that you had to drop your BE (CSE) in the middle of the tenure.Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. You may also consult your previous college, if they can re-consider your case. I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.
However, you may pursue BE via distance or correspondence mode of learning. There may be some difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the ot

MBA or M.Arch can be beneficial because you'll have a better idea what will be required of you in the professional world. An MBA / M.Arch would be very helpful if your goal is to own your own business or to be a principal in an architectural firm. Also, I must mention that if your bachelors degree in architecture is not a 5 year program, in most cases you will not be allowed to get registered. It makes more sense to get your Masters in Architecture first, then work for a few years, get your licenses, and then purse the MBA. Probably not. The first degree is a basic architectural design degree. You know little that is usable to most architectural practices.
When you are first employed, you will be little more than a draftsman. If you choose not to complete your studies, you will be trained in an office as a technologist.
Depending on how international your degree course is, what you have learned might be applicable elsewhere. However, the things you are learning regarding construction and climatic design may not be applicable everywhere.
