Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in universities abroad would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.

Two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. And in your case, you may pursue two correspondence courses together.
No doubt, managing two or more courses will be strenuous task and will demand proper time. Opt for two courses ONLY if you believe that you can perform and score well as it gets tougher by doubling the burden. Pursuing two courses together won't help attain a good job. It depends on how well you have handled the stress, understood the subject and scored well. It is your hard work and determination that would pay you at the end. So

You have a excellent profile. The fact that you have already given GRE and TOEFL shows that you must have basic understanding about studying abroad, especially the US, as that is usually the first choice destination.
If the cost of studying in the US is making you look for a alternative in Germany, then by all means you can look at it. With your profile, you can make it to top universities in the Germany, where there is hardly any fees.
But, if you are looking at Germany, then make the extra effort to learn the language in advance, as it will help you to better integrate into your college life as well as aid in finding part time

After the course completion, you may find employment as :
