Dear Sagar, It was not possible to study 2 Degrees at a time whether regular, Distance Mode or combination of both as per DEC regulation.
Valid Combination was 1 Degree +1 PG Dplioma /Diploma /Certificatebut not 1 Degree+ 1 degree
As you would be aware that DEC is dissolved now and UGC has given charge of Open & Distance Education few months ago, but till it has not issued any regulation about pursuing 2 degrees simultaneously.I would suggest you to wait for months and UGC will come up with all rules and regulation regarding Distance Education. Hi,
Please remember in order to pursue MS degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education i.e.(10+2+4)
However students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) can pursue MS degree from US after completing their post graduation from India.
Though you have completed MCA but it is through distance education, and most of the universities in US do not accept degree through distance education.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:
- First shortlist the universities offering course of you interest.

Instead you can opt for a distance learning MBA program which gives you a UGC recognized MBA degree unlike diploma. In case of no future educational needs nor government jobs need, you can still pursue PGDBM from SCDL. If you want to know more about other distance learning programs, you can put in a query.

Jeba, it depends on why you want a masters? if you just want a degree then Mtech sounds better. If there is a certain career aim, then pls share since that defines your path.
