Both LPU and Galgotias are fairly popular options for B.Tech CSE, so I'd suggest comparing the actual course structure, fees, coding environment, internships and placement records before deciding. Don't choose only because one university is more talked about online.
If you're okay with moving to Punjab, LPU is worth considering for its large campus, facilities and exposure to different activities. But living away from home for four years is also a personal factor, so I'd recommend visiting the campus and talking to current students before making the final choice.
