Mohini for becoming a government banker you have to do graduation ist from any stream any subject. You should get 60 percent atleast. For that, you should prepare Quant English GK Reasoning, etc. Best of luck.

yes, your percentage is not good in your graduation but you can join any diploma and certified courses any institution I think it that courses no need to high percentage . course are cost accounting, corporate Accounting, Diploma in financial management
Diploma in retail management
Diploma in risk management
Short term courses of NSDL & CDSL and tally.

Bank recruitment is based on their exams. CA firm experience will not be helpful for bank jobs. This u can do masters abroad as M. SC. Financial Services which will help you get bank jobs.
