Certainly, investment bankers have higher packages. Indian IT companies don't pay high to SAP consultants anymore. So, you may take it simultaneously, but don't take SAP as a full time thing.

Designation Probationary Officers holds (PO) in banks. A PO holds the designation of an Assistant Manager (AM) on probation. He is in Junior Management Grade-1 (JMG-Scale 1) Officer thus he is often called as Scale 1 Officer or Asst. Manager.

Short term course will not help you in career. You should go for regular 2 years program of management. It will give you opportunity to join sectors like bank, insurance, MNC and many more.
