Few private banks and public banks offer graduate management programs to all students. They organise national level test every year. You can opt for it after completing your graduation. Along with your graduation, prepare yourself accordingly.
They test your analytical, numerical and language ability. To get selected you should:
1. Solve previous test papers or mock papers and improve your scores with accuracy.
2. Read daily national newspapers (English/ Hindi or both) and employment news to know the details of exams and procedures.
All the best.
