At first decide which type of career you want, if you want to become a lawyer or Legal Advisory BBA LL.B. is enough. If you want to work in corporate then MBA is necessary and your legal knowledge will be helpful in HR Company law etc. An MBA/LLM will always add value to your qualification and land you with a better pay. I am happy to help you as per the rule of BAR Council of India, now there is no upper limit of age you can apply to any university & pursue your career in the field of law. Don't worry about gap you have to submit affidavit for the same and then you can definitely finish without hurdle your studies. But, please choose National Law University for better education.
