After completing a BBA LLB course, one can choose to pursue higher studies by enrolling in LLM or PhD. This will help candidates make a career in academia. Similarly, one can enroll in the State Bar Council and practice as an advocate.

They can also work as legal consultants or advisors for MNCs and other government organizations. They can also pursue Chartered Accountancy or Company Secretary courses while pursuing BBA LLB.

At Gujarat National Law University, Silvassa, placements are promising for courses. In the BA LLB (Hons) programme, 163 students were placed, with a median salary of ?16 Lacs per annum. In LLM, 52 students were placed, with a median salary of ?6 lakhs. The university also has a dedicated placement cell where students are provided with the facility of internships as well as job placements within different legal fields, which includes NGOs, law firms, and courts.
