Hello Kuldeep,
Don't panic. Complete your graduation degree first. In the second year, how many subjects you got backlogs in? Prepare well for them and clear them. Don't change your stream.
If you again took admission in any other graduation course, then you need to start from the 1st year and so you have lost 2 years if you do so.
There is a lot of path is waiting for you after your graduation degree completion.

There are many courses you can try after completing BBA. After BBA. There's the world for you, you can pursue a number of courses professional and non-professional, you can appear in CAT MAT XAT SNAP FMS like entrance exams. I don't think it is a good idea of joining in job soon after completion of your BBA course until and unless you got placed in top companies with good salary. Other courses except MBA are as follows:
Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Masters in Management Studies
Masters in Finance Management.

Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University, Pune is a good University to study and it has good number of placement record. Placement also depends upon the location of your college as they treat each of their college separately in terms of placement cell.
However, it is deemed university but it is one of the top universities of India. In respect of law and management universities Bharatiya vidyapeeth has already has its head up. After BBA, you generally get a private job through the college campus placement if the college is a reputed one. Common recruiters include TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. with a package of around 3 lacs pa. For government jobs like in banks, etc. you will have to clear the competitive examinations after your degree.

BBA in aviation is one of the most preferred courses nowadays and the placements are very good if you get a job at a good airport.
But I will suggest you to do it from a good college

Yes, you are eligible for MCA after completing BBA. MCA-MASTER OF COMPUTER APPLICATION is a post graduation degree course of two years duration having four semesters. As you are a Graduate in Business Administration you can apply for MCA. Some reputed Institution conducts entrance exam for admission to MCA course.

There are lots of computer courses nowadays. But as a BBA student you must be skilled in making professional presentations which will require you to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. (won't require doing a course)
But if you want to pursue some specific course in computer like learning CRM system and SAP (system and application product), you need to take classes for this and also this course is too much trending and are amongst one of the good paying jobs in market.
