BBA Scope

Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University, Pune is a good University to study and it has good number of placement record. Placement also depends upon the location of your college as they treat each of their college separately in terms of placement cell.
However, it is deemed university but it is one of the top universities of India. In respect of law and management universities Bharatiya vidyapeeth has already has its head up. Also, in this world or universe no college or university can guarantee your placement until you are good in your studies and having caliber to crack placement exams. If you have talent then outside the colleges also you will get lots of opportunities to be part of a good organisation. This University has number of connections with other universities where they can send their students for the placement but it all depends upon you.

Bharatiya Vidyapeeth has one college for BBA in Pune that is Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development in its Erandwane campus. The faculty is overall good but some of them do give you a hard time. Helpful faculty, no one is rude except the staff at office. Campus is relatively small than the main campus.

A candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the Bachelors degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case a candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/ institution from where Bachelors degree has been obtained. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidates CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100. Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelors degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if he/she submits a certificate the latest by June 30, 2018 from the Principal/Registrar of his/her College/Institute (issued on or before June 30, 2018) stating that the candidate has completed all the requirements for obtaining the Bachelors degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.
