Both are equivalent. There is nothing such different between the both courses. But I prefer you to take BBA, since it will equivalently prepare you for your MBA.

Yes, if you want to, as MBA is a logical extension of BBA. However, do MBA only from the top B-schools for better exposure, placements and brand value in the job market.

Why do you think mass communication is a management subject and it should be offered as an MBA specialisation?
Why not as Master of Journalism and Mass Communication or MA in communication?
The term MBA means Master of Business Administration and Mass communication is not a business administration area , rather it is related to arts stream.
You may do MA Public Relation, MA mass communication or MA Journalism. You may find a career as PRO in the corporate and government agency, you may start working as executive internal and external corporate communication in big corporate houses, you may work as journalist and so on.

You can certainly get a higher CGPA if you understand the subject well, practically apply and do well in your presentation, mid-term and other exams. You need to be a dedicated leader. Your CGPA does not guarantee you a high salary. Money comes to those who make themselves worthy of it by acquiring knowledge, improving soft skills and become better than others.

With an aviation management degree you will be prepared to handle managerial responsibilities. Depending on your roles and designation your work flow will be related to check that flight operations run smoothly, passengers receive quality service on time, security maintenance and commercial operations such as airport duty-free shopping, etc.
With an aviation logistics degree your work will mainly include managing and maintaining activities including purchasing, shipping and transportation, inventory, warehousing, and delivery. Your work may also involve checking movement of goods and supplies.
