Internships are critical for a student's final placement, and are the main pathway to receiving job Offers after graduation. Internships provide employers with the opportunity to consider students for full-time positions, as they can measure the ability of students while they are working. While the placement statistics at GIBS indicate that 85%+ of students are offered pre-placement job offers (PPOs) as a result of their internships, thus demonstrates a strong preference among employers to hire a student they have trained. Students gain valuable experience through their internships, which gives them increased chances of receiving full-time job offers.

The use of the Placement Cell offers support to both through coordinating internship drives, and further developing good relationships with all corporate partners. Currently, as many as 80-90+ companies take part in internship recruitment annually, therefore providing our students with countless internship opportunities. Because of the success of our internship program, GIBS reports continuing placement rates of nearly 100% year after year. If a student performs well in their internship, they usually have the opportunity to receive a full-time position prior to graduation. The internship programme at GIBS is extremely valuable for a student's career to ensure that the majority of students make the transition from internship to pre-placement offer.

The IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship) programs are established by the Graduate Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) where students can participate in the creation of new business/startup ideas, researching specific industries/businesses to enhance knowledge and understanding regarding specific businesses.

Innovation labs, creativity rooms and project spaces were built to give students a place to develop their ideas and experiment with new concepts.

2. Industry Exposure Opportunities

Through guest lectures, corporate presentations, company visits, live projects, and internships, students interact with the business environment on a regular basis. These opportunities provide practical examples of the real world challenges that exist in the successful operations of various industries.

3. Leadership Development Activities.

There are numerous student clubs, management fests, cultural events, and leadership workshops on campus that develop leadership skills within students. These students have the opportunity to lead teams, organise events and enhance their communication and decision making skills.

4. Modern Academic Infrastructure
