Eligibility criteria to seek admission in BCA at Sangam University is that candidate must have a minimum of 50% Aggregate Marks in 10+2 Examination of CBSE or its equivalent of any Board. Yes, you are eligible for pursuing BCA being the biology student, but you should have at least 45% in aggregate.
Being of any discipline, you can apply for BCA.

AS per current UGC guidelines you can not do two University degree simultaneously from same or different universities unless dual degree program is approved by university & UGC.

BCA is a job oriented degree course and you can go for job immediately after BCA in Small and Medium size IT companies. Unfortunately Indian IT industry does not prefer BCA for entry level Developer and Testers role. BCA graduates may get junior developer or Application support jobs. BCA degrees can only help you to get only entry level jobs and will require acquisition of PG degrees such as MCA and M.Sc IT for a meaningful career.
