If you compare this three on their volume of Course-
BCA B.Sc CS B.Tech CS or BCA B.Tech CS B.Sc CS depending on the college or university. To pursue BCA, you can join from Science, Commerce and Arts background. But, to pursue B.Tech or B.Sc CS, you'll need a solid background of mathematics. The main difference between B.Sc CS and BCA is BCS CS is concept oriented. BCA and B.Tech in IT/ CSE- Both the degrees are functional for the career of the students in the IT industry. But BCA is a 3-year professional degree course whereas B.Tech is a 4-year engineering degree course after completion of which you will be posted as an engineer with a better position as well as salary structure.
So it is always wise to pursue B.Tech in CSE/IT if opportunity prevails rather than doing BCA (even followed by MCA).
