There is nothing like B.Tech in distance mode. You must go to a regular college for B.Tech degree. If you have cleared BCA then why do you want to go for B.Tech? I don't think that it makes any sense. I think you must go for MBA or MCA.

It's not a good university. I would recommend you to join some other better university but also to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements, get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.
