BCA graduates are not eligible for M.Tech. However they are eligible to do M.Tech after MCA or M.Sc CS or IT.

BCA is a basic degree in Computer Applications. It is a job oriented course which will help you to get junior developer or tester role. However for meaningful IT career you may plan your education min up to MCA.

BCA degree is a job oriented graduation degree which will help you to start your IT career in 3 years. With BCA degree you are eligible for only junior roles of Developer or Tester. Unless you complete MCA you may not get good jobs. IT industry is competitive and prefers B.Tech CS and IT over BCA. With BCA degree you can not get admission abroad in higher studies.
