All combinations are good in their own way. Sahil you need to evaluate yourself and find which one would suit you more. Think of the kind of work you want to do, the kind of career you would like for yourself and then make a choice. Having said this out of the choice you have provided the B.Sc+ MBA strikes me more.

You will be required to put extra effort to overcome your weaknesses in Maths to succeed in BCA-MCA. Maths is not difficult, you may seek external support to improve your Maths. All the Best!

I will recommend B.Tech IT over MCA as you will have engineering subjects exposure which will help you do engineering & systems software development besides graduates application development. MCA graduates are generally employed in Apps development projects by IT industry.

Apart from this, there are many universities that are offering integrated/ dual BCA-MCA degrees which are more beneficial as compared to simple BCA. You can check the websites of some of the universities.

For being eligible to apply for MCA, you have to have mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or statistics as one of the subjects at graduation level. If you fulfill these criteria you are eligible for MCA.
As far as other information regarding MCA is concerned, we would like to state that most of the entrance tests are conducted in April or May. Notifications are out in January or February. The combined MCA entrance tests held in India are: NIMCET for NITs, CET Maharashtra for Maharashtra colleges, UPMCAT for most colleges in UP, Andhra Pradesh CET for Colleges in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa State MCA Test for all Coll

You can do BCA. Albert Einstein was poor at Maths in school days but made all his discoveries using Maths. We all can work to overcome our weaknesses. You are advised to make a plan to overcome your weaknesses in Maths and put extra effort in Maths during BCA classes.
