You will have to take admission again in some other college on the basis of your 12th exams. No college will give you admission on the basis of your 1st year result, specially when you have to get int 1st year again.

You will have to apply in different companies to get a job. Or will have to appear for campus interviews if there are any.

I think you are confused because BCA is under graduate program and MBA is post graduation program, so first you complete your graduation as per your interest then you will join MBA and other Post graduate program.
