You need to first decide what are your interest areas. A BCA will give you specific technical skills vis a vis computer software.Whereas a BBA will give you generalist business related working skills. Both the courses have their own specific demand. Pursue your passions and interest area

It depends upon colleges. It varies from college.
If you do it from
- IIMs : Average pckg is 15-25 lacs/annum
- Top tier college : average pckg is 10-15 lacs/annum
- Decent B-school : average 5-10 lacs/annum
- Normal college : average 3-5 lacs/annum
