Yes, sure BCA can be done even after graduating from any of the streams be it Science, commerce or arts.

If you are a Science Student, then your first priority should be to go for B.Tech in CSE/IT. If you can get admission into B.Tech, then you should definitely pursue B.Tech without giving it a second thought. And, if you aren't eligible for B.Tech, then BCA is also a good course to pursue and enter into IT Industry. For admission into BCA you need to score at least 45% in your +2, if you can score and meet this criteria then you can get admission very easily.
