Yes, you can get admission into this college easily if you score atleast 45% in your 12th. BCA will be much more easy for you, if you have studied computer science and maths in your 12th and even if you haven't studied these subjects in your school still you'll be able to get admission into BCA. Yes, many of the colleges keep minimum 50% as the eligibility criteria but you still have to contact the admission department to know whether they have kept any particular subject's marks higher than your marks as minimum requirement to be eligible for admission.

I've done some research and the rent for the first year of BCA in Christ was 60,000 INR and later for 80,000 for the second and third year. The hostel is only for girls and not for boys. The rent might have changed now depending upon the facilities they provide, you should consider consulting it directly with the college over the phone or by visiting the campus.

Following are the steps that you have to accomplish to get admission in Ahmedabad University:
For M.Tech course, a candidate will be admitted on the basis of his performance in PGCET/GATE (whichever is applicable). The candidate shall have passed BE/B.Tech or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC candidates) in the qualifying exam for ME/ M.Tech courses. The general eligibility for getting admission into BCA is that a candidate must have pursued their +2 from a recognised board of education. A candidate must have scored atleast 45% in +2. A candidate can be from any stream.
