Yes, you are eligible for admission into BCA. You just have to make sure that you score at least 45% in your +2. You should search for Colleges and Universities which are willing to provide admissions to arts students for BCA. There are many colleges which will give you admission into BCA without any problem.

Eligibility Criteria for BCA is not mentioned in that college's website. You should consider directly visiting or calling the college and ask your queries. If they are not willing to provide you admission then you can search for other universities and colleges too, there are many colleges which provides admission to arts students into BCA.

You can easily get admission into BCA very easily with that percentage, but I can't say the same for B.Tech. I believe at least 60% in required for admission into B.Tech courses. So, you should choose your course according with your class 12th's percentage.

As there is no information available on their official website regarding the fee for BCA course, then you will have to make a call to the college or visit the college and ask them the complete fee for 3 years of BCA.
