BCA is an Under Graduation degree course and MBA & MCA are Master's Course. If you are interested in learning more about IT sector and want to work in IT Industry in future then go for MCA if you want to work as a manager in future, then go for MBA. Both of these courses have scope if you have the desired skills.

Yes, of course you can, nobody can stop you from learning if you are willing to learn. If you want to pursue a career in Programming like pursuing a proper degree course or just want to learn programming as an interest, both are possible. You can learn Programming Languages through various books, YouTube Channels, Blogs, and Apps.

Please confirm, the college in which you wish to apply for better understanding. Admission to regular BCA course is generally done through a common entrance test conducted by respective universities.

MBA in IT is available but i am not sure it is available in this particular college. Refer to Victoria University in Ahmadabad which is providing the courses like business analytics, and ERP systems which is most demanded course in the market.
