This question has been asked many times on this platform. For better guidance and answers, refer to those questions by searching them. The basic difference between the two is that BCA primarily focuses on Computer programmes, programming languages, software etc. It is 3 year course
B.Tech CS covers all topics like Hardware, Networking etc. It is 4 year course.

Its good that you pursued a challenging course like PCMB. You may want to choose your UG based on the subject you recieved the highest marks in. Also BCA and BBA are also good courses that offer a promising career. So I suggest that you choose something that you are good at.

If you compare this three on their volume of Course-
BCA B.Sc CS B.Tech CS or BCA B.Tech CS B.Sc CS depending on the college or university. To pursue BCA, you can join from Science, Commerce and Arts background. But, to pursue B.Tech or B.Sc CS, you'll need a solid background of mathematics. The main difference between B.Sc CS and BCA is BCS CS is concept oriented.
