Hi,
As per your academic profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
However since you got job in financial sector and it seems that you wish to do job, and further build your career in financial sector only so in that case pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
