Migration is not possible , but you can take a leave from job to complete your final year. many of BARC and ISRO candidates complete their BE after diploma.
You should consult your department for leave and with college you were studying in.
There is Possibly a way to complete it.

There is many field in IT line like in networking , Programming , Testing or in database , if you want to make career in networking then you have to clear some certification like CCNA ,MCSE etc , for programming you have to learn any one advance programming languages like PHP , Dot net or JAVA , today the is good job option in PHP, for DBA you also have to clear some certification like DBA , OCA , OCP, in software testing you have to learn about tools used in testing

After BCA you have to go for MCA or Msc in CS for get good job you also try to get certification in your field like in programming g, networking , this will increase chance to get good job
