Either of the ways is good.
Job prospects for a BCA graduate are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS etc. But the scope is not limited to the IT companies. Most organizations whether big or small nowadays will have requirements in the IT sections. These include Banking sector, Telecommunication sector, Dairy Sector etc.

1. Master degree-
Computer Management
Information Management
Business Administration

Yes, I will be a good decision since this sector is not dependent on your course. you just have to give IBPS/Exam for individual banks and get good score, thats it.
You also can then pursue MBA for getting promotions or switching to other banks.
Avg salary of a Bank cleark is 2.5 lakh per annum
Avg salary of a Bank PO is 4.2 lakh per annum.

Well you haven't mentioned whether you were doing diploma or degree in engineering.
If Diploma them I would request you to complete your diploma and then enroll directly in II year of BCA
If Degree then if possible try to complete it . If not possible then don't think about things which are out of your hand.
go for BCA, whether MNC will consider your gap or not , that should not end your career and further study. There is no end of study

After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your BCA and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you

No, you cannot go for B.TECH as a BCA graduate. However if you are passionate for a degree in engineering/technology, you can go for M.TECH but only after you complete MCA.
So, right step would be to pick MCA. Simultaneously you can opt for industry relevant certifications which are designed basically to provide an extra edge to an individual by giving them an in-depth knowledge in a particular area of subject.
