Both, Biotechnology and IT, are boon to India and world and to employment as well. However, both sectors differ from each other in many ways. But, they are also related in some space. Since BCA is totally concerned about computer applications, and there is a lot technology involved in biotech (for example - instruments and softwares), you can share a hand by developing applications that could be use in Biotechnology.
But if you have interest in research area, please go for B.Sc in Biotechnology.
Focussing on the job after these courses, both BCA and B.Sc Biotechnology graduates need to have proper understanding of the field

The best essentially varies. What may be best for me may not be best for you. Know your likes and dislikes and decide. You may opt for BCA, B.Sc in IT, B.Sc in CS BIS, Gaming, Animation, web designing, ethical hacking, data analytics, etc. Check the various career options and outcomes, decide what is more interesting for you.
