Yes, to be eligible for MCA a candidate needs to have Maths as a mandatory subject either in +2 or in graduation, which in your case is already satisfied. To be eligible for MCA you need to score at least 50% to 60% in graduation.

BCA course is primarily meant for non-Science stream students to get into IT. As Science stream students can pursue CSE or IT. So, yes Science stream students are also eligible for BCA but your primary focus should be to get into B.Tech (IT), as you'll have much more opportunities as compared to BCA student. If you do not have interest in Science anymore or you're looking for much easier course, then BCA is perfect. As the study load in BCA is far less as compared to B.Tech (IT).

The only best way I can think off to get good in any course is to start learning. Learn and practice new things it can be a programming language or any other value-added course which will increase your skills and knowledge and eventually will help you in your career. Firstly, you should be able to code in all the languages and have all your concepts cleared that are taught to you in your BCA that's a small goal which must be achieved by every BCA student. Companies don't expect you to be good or be aware in every other programming language but just be good in whatever languages that have been taught to you. Also, make sure to learn the

BCA is a course where programming languages will be taught to you from the ground base, so you don't need to worry about learning those. If you want to learn something then make sure to keep on revising the formulas and concepts of +2s mathematics, as it'll help you a ton in BCA. Or you can even begin learning programming too that will also help you in your course. Begin with C Language, as most of the BCA colleges will teach you the same language. If you can understand the concepts early, you'll be able to code more efficiently and will perform better in exams. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in y

Yes, you can change your college after successful completion of your 1st year and by successful completion I mean, there must be no active backlogs in any subjects in both semesters. First things first, it'll be a hectic process, I believe you'll be charged extra fees by your new college. The documentation collection is the main thing. If you're seeking admission from colleges affiliated with same university then it'll be a little easier process. But if the universities are different too, then you'll have to appear in the entrance exam and personal interviews. Visit your college for more detailed information.

It is true that BCA does not hold that much value as compared to B.Tech CSE or IT. But, BCA is a course which is for commerce and arts stream students or even for Science stream students who didn't performed well in their +2 and wants to build a career in IT. It is also true that if you have a BCA degree and absolutely no or little knowledge in programming, you probably will not be securing any job offers. In BCA you have to put in your extra efforts in learning and mastering the skills in programming. Just having the degree will not yield much. Only BCA's syllabus is not enough for a fruitful career, you've to do additional courses an
