There aren't as any such correspondence courses to be offered in BFA as more and more universities are offering it through the regular mode only.

There are none. The closest you can pursue a course BFA from Government College of Arts, Chandigarh which is a government one.

If you study two undergraduate programmes at one time , you will have to share your your energy , time and resources at two places simultaneously.
Also, two pursue two degrees at a time whether by way of regular or correspondence mode is not allowed and valid.
