Hi,
After completing BFA and MFA, the salary will be a big issue and you would get decent salary through teaching. To sell a painting is always a big task for good artists.
You can use your creativity through BFA animation program, and then you can pursue Masters in advertising. Afterwards with your passion, communication skills, creativity and commitment you would get growth and income too.
All the best.

If you are more interested in BFA than engineering, then you should go for the same. A field of your interest always helps you to go higher in your career.
