The eligibility is higher secondary of Gujarat state or any other equivalent board with 'English' as one of the subjects, subject to passing the prescribed aptitude test to be held by the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Admission procedure is as follows:
12th or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Admission to the course is based on merit aptitude determined through Departmental Test to be conducted by Department of Fine Arts, AMU, Aligarh.

For BFA, you need to finish +2 in any group from a recognised board. A student can pursue fine arts program. There is no entrance test for B.F.A program. However, there are some institutes that conduct the entrance examination. Some fine arts institutes carry out the aptitude test and based on that the admission process is carried out.

No, because last year's BA (Hons) first cut-off list is 98.20%.
Even if you belong to SC or ST category, the minimum required percentage is 85.

Focus on the basics. Be prepared to get your creative skills getting tested. They can give you an assignment to capture some inspiration or any random topic. For example: this year in NID questions were :
1) 12 photos were given and we were asked to choose 8 photos and narrate a story and paste photos on sheet with story not more than 100 words (90 minutes).
2) A photo and an A3 sheet was given. We had to paste photo on sheet as so it covers 1/3 part of the sheet and draw frame with black pen so as the frame and photos aspect ration remains same. It was tricky (60 minutes).

Single sitting degree is banned by UGC, so any UGC recognised institute will not provide this degree. You need to check with college officials about the same.
