BHM graduates can become chefs as well as managers. The course includes food production and culinary training, allowing students to pursue kitchen careers if they wish.

However, those inclined towards leadership may choose management roles. Many BHM professionals start their career journey as chefs and later they move into executive chef or food & beverage manager positions.

BHM covers hotel operations and functionalities such as front office, housekeeping, and management but Culinary Arts focuses only on cooking and kitchen skills.

No, mathematics is not compulsory for BHM admission. Students from any stream can apply.

However, basic math is taught during the course for accounting, costing, and inventory management. Commerce and Science students may find this easier, but even Arts students can manage with training provided in college.
