The standard package of NIPS Hotel Management Bhubaneswar students of BHM usually varies from  INR15,000 to 20,000 per month for fresher candidates. The graduates have placements in major national and international hotel groups, airlines, and other areas of hospitality. The initial salary is usually in this bracket, though packages higher than that are possible depending upon the skill and experience of individual candidates. The strong placement assistance and industry contacts of the college aid in making these opportunities possible, leading to a good job outlook for its graduates.
