Yes, there is a possibility of sitting for the Central Food Safety Officer exam in India for BHMCT graduates of Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Eligibility criteria: As per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or FSSAI, the candidate would be eligible if he/she holds a degree in a bachelor's relevant field, such as a hotel management, food technology degree, or any other pertinent field. This makes graduates from BHMCT eligible to appear for the examination provided that such other requirements of age and experience as may be prescribed by FSSAI.

Admission to the BHMCT course at CT Institute of Hospitality Management is easy. Candidates need to complete their 10+2 education in any stream from a recognised board. There are no cut-offs mentioned in terms of eligibility. As the institute has 150 seats, chances of admission are high.
