If you want to learn homeopathy, then complete your HSC in PCB from NIOS. You can opt for BHMS course in UG to become a homeopathy doctor.

You have to give NEET exam because from 2017, getting admission in MBBS will be very tough because of supreme court's order for all the private colleges entrance to be done through NEET and no donation but only by qualifying the exam. MBBS private in India may be impossible for those who are seeking to give donations. They should go abroad like USA, Australia, Germany, Russia, China & Europe for MBBS within 10-30 lakhs only.
