As per as my knowledge if you wanna know about the latest cut offs for M.Sc. in Animal Biology and Biotechnology at University of Hyderabad you'll likely need to check their official website for the 2025-2026 academic year but based on the previous year data I can say that the CUET PG exam in 2023 general category cut off for related M.Sc. programmes ranged quite a bit 190 to 240 for 2021 the general cut off for M.Sc. was around 148 so it is the data that you can consider for the future references

With this rank, it is difficult to get top NITs like Rourkela, Warangal, or Durgapur, especially for General or OBC candidates. However, you still have chances at NIT Jalandhar (for M.Sc. Life Sciences or related courses), NIT Manipur, and NIT Sikkim through later rounds of CCMN counselling, as Life Sciences seats are easier to get than pure Biotechnology. If you belong to the SC or ST category, your chances are better, and you can aim for NIT Rourkela, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, or IIIT Allahabad in related fields.

Yes, exams like CUET, UG (Common University Entrance Test, Under Graduation), KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination), SAAT ( Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Admission Test) and other University entrance test can help you get admission in B.Sc Biotechnology.
